  • How do I book a home?

    You can either make a booking directly on this website by using the “check availability box” to the left. Or you can call our office at 800-449-0357 and a receptionist will be glad to help you.

  • Is booking online secure?

    We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers database. It will only be accessible by those authorized with special rights to such systems. They are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

  • Can I bring my pet with me?

    We offer several homes, some of which allow pets and some do not. You can either look at our properties online by clicking on the “vacation rentals” tab above and see if the home you are looking at allows pets. Or you can call our office at 800-449-0357 and a receptionist would love to help find a home that is just right for you and your pet.

  • What are the benefits of a vacation home rental?

    Our vacation homes are stocked in such a way that you always feel like you are coming “home” to your “vacation home” rather than returning to a small hotel room. Our homes have full kitchens, with some homes having game rooms, hot tubs and BBQ grills. You will be able to enjoy a full service home while you are on vacation rather than a small, cramped hotel room.

  • Does the unit I am renting have a pool?

    Only the Beach Club has a pool in the weekly rental catogory in Imperial Beach. In fact there are very few weekly rentals in all of San Diego County that have a pool. You should check the amenities for the unit you rent but if it has any other name than “On the Beach” there is no pool. The Beach Club units are always the first to fill because of the pool and other amenities. When we suggest other units they will not have a pool.

  • What about towels and sheets?

    Bath towels, hand towels, and sheets for all the beds are provided. Laundering of those items during your stay are the responsibility of each tenant. Some of the more expensive units have beach towels as well.

  • What type of condiments do your units have?

    In general, the units are not stocked with condiments (ketchup, mayo, mustard, etc.). Most units do leave whatever non perishable items our guests leave. Generally, not always, there is salt and pepper and sugar available, but that’s about it. If you’re planning on cooking in the house you should plan on bringing whatever spices and/or staples you will need for your meals. Most units stock coffee filters for the coffee makers.

  • What type of cooking utensils and dishes do your units have?

    We have enough glassware, and dishes to set a table for the number of guests listed. There are an assortment of pots, and pans for cooking spaghetti, and other meals. The cooking supplies and dishes are kind of generic. If you are planning on cooking while in the units and have need of something exotic like a garlic press, food processing machine, double boiler etc., you might want to bring them along with you.

  • What type of soaps do your units have?

    We stock the units with small quantities of the following soaps. You need to provide whatever you need after the supply is gone.Dishwasher Soap PowderDish washing soap LiquidLiquid Hand SoapLaundry Detergent enough for a couple of loads

  • How about toilet paper?

    We stock two rolls in each bathroom. We also have a roll of paper towels in the kitchen. After those are gone, you need to provide your own

  • Can I charge my rental on a credit card?

    Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and now Discover

  • What do I need to do to rent from you?

    Basically, we need payment, for 30% of the rental fee plus the reservation fee, to reserve the unit. You will then need to send the balance 60 days prior to your rental.

  • Who do I make checks payable to and where do I mail them?

  • What is the amount of the cleaning charge?

    On most rental units it is $100. Check with your reservation clerk to be certain.

  • How much parking do you have?

    Each unit has different parking accommodations ranging from two spaces in a secure garage to street parking, Check with your rental agent to be certain.

  • I know the check-in time is 3:00pm, can I check in early?

    Usually no in the summer. Sometimes in the off-season you can get in early. In the summer, if the unit has a garage it may be possible to park your car in the garage with your luggage and stroll around town till your unit is finished.

  • I know checkout time is 10:00am, can I checkout late?

    Sorry, in the summer when we are fully booked, we have only 5 hours to completely clean and prepare the unit for the next guest. In the winter we can be more flexible.
