Imperial Beach Club 105

***Due to the ongoing issues with Mexico’s water treatment pumps, the ocean is not guaranteed to be open at this time..  They do test the bacteria levels daily, but the majority of the year the Ocean has been closed from the Border, past Imperial Beach up to Coronado Beach.  If swimming in the ocean is a major amenity I would not stay in these areas, until further notice.***

The space

Oceanfront condo with large private patio. Enjoy white water views and the sounds of waves from the living room, kitchen or patio. Secured underground parking for two cars. Views of the IB pier.

Within the interior of the complex is a beautifully landscaped courtyard with a large heated pool, hot tub and propane grills.

Many nearby shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Next door is a spa and a surf shop which offers lessons. There are also nearby bike rentals, and amazing bike trails along the Silver Strand.

Guest access

Guests rent the full space and have a private patio, and use of common area patio with BBQ grills, hot tub and a heated swimming pool.

Other things to note

This location does not allow smoking or vaping inside the unit or outside on the patio. There is also a strict NO PARTY policy.
